Unable to access wingftp using "https"

Hi ,

When we try to access the wingftp server using https but it is not accessible Kindly suggest what setting need to check as we are able to telnet wingftp with port 443 on client machine

From IE , it is given error " The page can't be displayed"

Even try to connect site from wing ftp server is hosted , but there is still not accessible

OK, please make sure you are using the Secure edition or the Corporate edition.

And please also make sure the HTTPS port 443 is not used by other application.

Hi We have have corporate edition and have dedicated VM for wingftp no other services are installed , we are able to telnet on port 443 but page is not appear

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://sftpserver" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

Rather we try to enable TLS all version on advance IE setting but still not accessible

OK, please make sure your SSL cert path is correct under "Server > Settings > SSL Certificate Manager", and also make sure the the correct SSL cert has been selected under "Domain > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > SSL Certificate".
