Please try to clean the web browser cache and Java applet cache, and check the result, BTW, please post such thread in the support forum, thanks!

Hi,

In the directory "webclient/plugins/" I have a directory "webclient/plugins/jdownload" and a directory
"webclient/plugins/jupload" with required files.

Desktop PC is running Windows 10 with java 8 update 241. In java control panel I added the ftp site in exception list.

When I access from the web client(Firefox,Chrome,IE) to "Batch Downloader" or "Batch Uploader" I get an empty(blank) window.

Please advise.

Best regards,
Simon

Most web browsers stopped supporting Java Applet a few years ago, it means you can't use this web client plugin now.
