Information missing from popup menus when using windows zoom

I've just got a new 27" monitor with a 2560x1440 resolution, so I have had to increase the zoom level via the windows display properties to 125% as the text is absolutely tiny at the default levels. However, in ftprush, some of the information in is now missing in some of the popup windows.

For example, if you go to options (see screenshot) the item at the top of the list on the left is hard to click on and the ok, cancel, apply buttons are nearly off the bottom of the window. The popup window can't be resized or adjusted using any method I am aware of.

I know that this is only a minor issue, but could this be looked in to please to ensure that windows, buttons etc. scale in accordance with the windows display settings as this may also have implications for users with limited accessibility/disability issues.
